The guys from Tristar did an amazing job on our air ducts. They thoroughly cleaned them using a HEPA vacuum and got a large amount of debris and pet hair from the previous tenants. They were courteous and efficient with their work. Our allergy problems have practically disappeared since the cleaning.

It was pleasure working with Patrick. We had an issue with dryer vent clogged with bird nests at our rental property. The vent was about 30 feet up on the house and didn’t have a screen. There is a diagnostic fee for a repair visit that goes toward the work if you go ahead. Estimates for a new system are free.
A capacitor, a motor or a leak on a newer system is a repair. A dead compressor on an old system is usually a replacement. We show you the math either way.
Most calls get a same day visit if you call before noon. No heat or no cooling with kids or older folks in the house goes first.
Low charge, a frozen coil, a dirty filter or a failed capacitor are the common ones. We test for all of them on the first visit.
It depends on the house, the windows, the insulation and the ducts. We measure it and size the unit to the house, not to the old label.
